WHERE DO I FIND THE MOST INFORMATION?

All of our event locations have race briefing packs available.  Most of the event information can be found in these packs.  They are located on the website under the heading of Race Results & Briefings

WHAT DO I GET ?

A bespoke finishers medal, Eternal Glory, we will also have a cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate ready for you at the end at the end along with a nice slice of cake.

WHEN & WHERE DO I GET MY RACE NUMBER ?

You'll pick this up on race day morning, When you arrive at the race site head to race registration to collect your race pack.


The Race brief will happen approximately 10 minutes before the Start.

WHERE CAN I LEAVE MY THINGS WHILE I RUN ?

We will have space for your baggage. Please note this is not secure and as such valuables should be left locked out of sight in vehicles..

CAN I LEAVE MY OWN DRINKS & FOOD AT THE AID STATION ?

We will have an aid station which will supply water, coke and squash, crisps, pretzels and sugary snacks.  If you want to place your own food or drink on this table, please ensure it is labelled with your name. 

Our events are CUPLESS so please bring your own bottle or cup for refilling.  This is to help with the environmental impact of hosting race events.

DO YOU SUPPLY CUPS AT THE AID STATION ?

No. We have gone cupless to try and reduce our impact on the environment.


The marshals on the course will also have rubbish bags with them so if you have anything to dispose of, please feel free to give it to a marshal and they will take care of it

WHAT ON COURSE FACILITIES WILL THERE BE ?

The Course will be marked with yellow arrows. 

The lap point will have water, sugary and savoury snack/sweets, goodies, starter, timekeeper, marshals music, dad dancing and encouragement every lap! The HQ/Aid station will be stocked for all runners. 

CAN I WEAR HEADPHONES?

Headphones are permitted but some venues are used by other members of the public.  You should be mindful of your surroundings and be able to listen to marshals should they issue you instructions.
