What started as a rather brisk frosty morning turned into quite a pleasant day for the event, with us having the two race starts today. The 5k & 10k set off at 9am producing some rather excellent results. It was great for the resounding rendition of Happy Birthday for Michelle.
The second event which started at 10:15 was also started off fantastically, with Daniel winning the race place lottery, having the bib number 50 on his first ever 50k today.
We saw some brilliant PBs today, some brilliant firsts with Hannah completing her 1st half marathon also. Alex Marshall wore her 100 marathon club top for the first time.
