Wow, What a day we had today. We thought it may have been a bit of a cold to start the day but it turned out beautiful in the end, slightly fresh but probably some of the best running conditions we could ask for.
Hinchingbrooke Country Park was the setting for some brilliant achievements. We have witnessed quite a few firsts today, from first 10ks being run, first Half Marathons, some people running their furthest ever distances in preparation for a future marathon and we saw some first Marathons as well, and on what is considered 'Marathon Day' as its 26.2 today, making it even more memorable.
Congratulations to Lee Ramsay for finishing his 69th Marathon and one of the many story's of the day was witnessing Neil Young complete his first marathon with us after completing his first ever Half with us at Hinchingbrooke which coincidently was his first ever event with us. It brings us such joy to see you guys achieving amazing things.
