What a great day we had today having expecting a downpour of rain. Thankfully it appeared to hold off and was the perfect running temperature, not too hot and not too cold.
It was great to see so many new faces amongst our now familiar faces and what was really nice to hear today was the positive feedback from so many of the new Zig Zag Family simply by mentioning just how pleasant everyone was, from the Marshals to the other runners all encouraging each other and inspiring each other to get round.
Today we had so many firsts again, from the first ever 5k, 10ks, Half marathons, first Full Marathons, we also celebrated Davies 150th Marathon today
I can't say how thankful I am to our amazing marshals, we get such great feedback about how much difference it makes having you guys on the course, cheering and smiling, its infectious and really special, thank you ever so much for everything you do to make the Zig Zag Running events so great,
