One way to make a Good Friday into a Great Friday is to go and run across the beautiful countryside in Suffolk, followed by cake and coffee. What a beautiful day we had today. We couldn't have asked for better weather, we even bust out the suncream! It was so much fun seeing so many familiar faces and lots of new ones too.
Seeing so many of you running through Barrow today was fantastic. Our wonderful marshals will have taken lots of pics today and will be sharing them on our Facebook group for you to use if you wish.
Thank you to all of you today for your kind words. We do hope you enjoyed it as much as we did and we do hope to see you all again soon. It is unusual for us now as we actually have the rest of the weekend off.
