March 2024 - Miles in a month

Set yourself a goal to keep heading outside 
 
When you enter the monthly Challenge you can choose from 26.2, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 or even 400 Miles in a month, let us know what distance you would like to achieve and we will encourage you along, if you arent already a member of the ever Growing Zig Zag Running Facebook group, why not join in and share your journey with like minded runners. We will send out the medal of your choice for your distance before the end of the month so you will have it for when you finish.. This is a great way to keep motivated whether you are training for a special event or simply keeping up  your fitness.
