Good evening, all!
What a great day we had with you all!!! we had some amazing weather too, a bit of blustery wind and some sunshine.
It was certainly an apt name for this running event, going round in circles for some of you up to 6 hours
Thank you all for coming along to Circuit du Sore Legs!! It was great to meet so many of you for the first time and it was also so nice to see so many familiar faces - we welcome all of you to the Zig Zag Family!
So many of you taking on your first 5k, 10k Half and Full Marathons and even a couple of Ultra First timers too.
Today's event Route: The 400m Running track at Wodson Park, it would be very challenging to understand if someone had actually got lost today. disorientated yes, but Lost !!
Oh and I couldn't get accused of hiding hills or undulations as I like to call them, hence the reason we left some stairs for you to climb to get your medal, hot drink and cake.
Marshals and Support: Once again we would like to extend our gratitude to all the brilliant marshals who ensured a smooth and fun experience for everyone. Their commitment to making this event enjoyable for all participants is remarkable.

What's next?: The Valley of The Owls. This one is sold out already. If you're already booked in we are looking forward to seeing you next Sunday at the Suffolk Running Centre
Next Years Events – If you enjoyed todays event and want to add to your annual events calendar, we will open next years Circuit Du Sore Legs soon. We are revisiting the track in November for the Fireworks Festival of Running, where you have the opportunity to take part in many different timed and distance events, even run for up to 12 hours if you wish.
Below you will find the diary attached for our upcoming events. We hope you will consider joining us.
All medals are ordered until end of June with some of the next few events either sold out or getting close so don’t leave it too long if you have your eye on a specific piece of bling for your collection. We are also hosting the Great Barrow Challenge (10 Events in 10 Days) for the Third year. More great opportunities to push your boundaries and see what you can achieve. Also attached you'll find the results from today and updated course records. Congratulations to those that took a record, got their own PR or PB’s. Until the next run
