There is a special shout out today to Guy Hayward who has completed the whole series running each day marathon distance, finishing on Day 10 with his 100th lifetime marathon - Well done and thank you for sharing a number of events on the journey with us.
Today's event Route: Hargrave Half and Mount Barrow depending on which distance you were completing. As Hargrave was a new route today, all distances from half upwards have a course record. Well done to everyone who took a record.
Marshals and Support: Once again we would like to extend our gratitude to all the brilliant marshals who ensured a smooth and fun experience for everyone. Their commitment to making this event enjoyable for all participants is remarkable. If you would like to join in and volunteer at future events, earn a race credit for yourself or potentially even run the same day, then please get in contact via email events@zigzagrunning.co.uk and we will send out some more details. We cannot run these events without this support.
Pictures and Memories: Remember to check out the amazing pictures captured during today's run! They will be uploaded to our Zig Zag running group on Facebook. Feel free to tag yourself and your friends to share the moments.
We have also launched next years series with some of you already entered. Thursday 23rd July - Saturday 1st August 2026
What's Next – We are back on 30th August at the Suffolk Running Centre for the Lucky Clover. We are nearly sold out of the event medal so do not leave it too long if you are looking to enter.
Upcoming Events: All the medals are now ordered until the end of October meaning the event number spaces are locked in. Some of the next few events either sold out or getting close so don’t leave it too long if you have your eye on a specific piece of bling for your collection.
Attached you'll find the results from today and events diary. Congratulations to those that took a record, got their own PR or PB’s.
Until the next run
Best wishes
Stephen and Zoe
