Good evening to you!

Thank you all for coming along to SunTime RunTime and today the Sun really came out and greeted us throughout the event.

It was great to meet so many of you for the first time and it was also so nice to see so many familiar faces. Welcome all of you to the Zig Zag Family!

There was also many of you taking on your first 5k, 10k Half and Full Marathons and even a couple of Ultra First timers. Considering the heat today you all did remarkably well.

Today's event Route:  Route B, Brandon Country Park.

Marshals and Support: Once again we would like to extend our gratitude to all the brilliant marshals who ensured a smooth and fun experience for everyone. Their commitment to making this event enjoyable for all participants is remarkable. If you would like to join in and volunteer at future events, earn a race credit for yourself or potentially even run the same day, then please get in contact via email events@zigzagrunning.co.uk and we will send out some more details.  We cannot run these events without this support.

Pictures and Memories: Remember to check out the amazing pictures captured during today's run! They will be uploaded to our Zig Zag running group on Facebook. Feel free to tag yourself and your friends to share the moments.

What's Next – Next week we actually have a weekend off but we will be busy preparing for the Great Barrow Challenge at Suffolk Running Centre.

The Great Barrow Challenge is a 10 day event but don’t panic! You can come and join in on 1, 2, 3 or even 10 days.  They don’t have to be consecutive days.  Time to challenge the body and mind.

The event runs from Thursday 24th July through to Saturday 2nd August.  We do hope you will consider joining us and help support those doing all 10 days.

Upcoming Events: All the medals are now ordered until the end of October meaning the event number spaces are locked in.  Some of the next few events either sold out or getting close so don’t leave it too long if you have your eye on a specific piece of bling for your collection.

Attached you'll find the results from today, course records and events diary.  Congratulations to those that took a record, got their own PR or PB’s.

Until the next run

Best wishes

Stephen and Zoe
