We hope you all had a fantastic time. It was so nice to meet so many of you for the first time and it was also so nice to see so many familiar faces - we welcome all of you to the Zig Zag Family!
Today's event Route: The “Gonzo” route of the lovely Ferry Meadows Country Park.
It was great to see so many of you completing your firsts, from 5k, 10k, half marathons, first marathons and even first Ultra Marathons today.
It turned into quite an emotional day with so many of you sharing your stories of the running Journeys and the running in tributes today, Thank you to everyone who took part in the two minutes silence held at 11, it was quite poignant. It was amazing to have Chris play the Last Post, I must admit that gets me every time, bringing back the stories told to me by my dear old Grandad. Thank you to everyone who took part.
Marshals and Support: Once again we would like to extend our gratitude to all the brilliant marshals who ensured a smooth and fun experience for everyone. Their commitment to making this event enjoyable for all participants is remarkable.

What's Next – Turkey Trot, The Suffolk Running Centre at Barrow, We have sold out of the Event Medals but we still have spaces for lucky dip/finisher. More details can be found on our website – www.zigzagrunning.co.uk . We do hope you will consider joining us.
Remembrance Run 2026– If you enjoyed todays event, next years is already booked and will be held at Ferry Meadows Country Park again - 8th November 2026 - entries will open soon.
If you like this venue, we are also back here on Sunday 7th December 2025 for the Bauble Bimble.
